Do I need a building permit?
If you’re only updating finishes (floors, paint, kitchen, bathrooms), a prior notice is usually sufficient. If you’re touching the structure, layout or facade, a major works licence is required. We advise you through the whole process.
Can I live in the property during the renovation?
Not recommended. A full renovation involves power and water cuts, demolition, dust and noise. Ideally the property is vacated during works. In some cases a phased approach is possible.
Do you work with non-resident owners?
Yes — this is our core client. Full remote management: video calls, daily photo updates, WhatsApp and turnkey handover. You only need to be on the island for the initial visit and final handover (optional).
